Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use HYBLABS.

Class bookings, memberships, and purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Some bookings may be free or waitlisted. Cancellation and refund policies are set by the studio or coach offering the class unless stated otherwise; where a HYBLABS refund applies, it will be handled through the original payment method. You authorize us to charge the displayed amount for any booking or purchase you confirm.

Fitness activity carries inherent risk of injury. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness before participating. Where a studio requires a waiver, you agree to complete it before the class. HYBLABS is a platform that connects users with independent studios and coaches and does not itself provide fitness instruction.

Studios, coaches, and other providers listed on HYBLABS are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their conduct, the quality or safety of their classes, or their facilities. Disputes with a provider should be resolved directly with that provider.

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, photos, workout logs). By posting, you grant HYBLABS a license to display it within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate law or these Terms, and we may remove content that does.

Digital products (plans, guides, videos) are delivered as described on their listing. Recurring memberships and platform subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us.

• Don't use HYBLABS for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Respect other users and providers in all interactions.

HYBLABS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from classes or services provided by third-party studios or coaches. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the relevant transaction.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; obligations accrued before termination survive.

We may update these Terms and will note the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
